Dorstenia Foetida is a small Caudiciform Native to Eastern Africa and Arabia.  This Unique and Rare Plant grows a Thick, Scared Caudex and produces Star-Shaped little Sun-Like Flowers that eject seeds at an amazing distance.  These Plants are also self fertile and are easily Propagated.  The Flowers also resemble a Shield and the plant has Acquired the Nickname "Shield Flower".  When mature, these Plants can reach Heights of 15" and the Caudex can become quite Wide at the Base, reaching a Diameter of 6".
